The New 2011 BMW 5-Series is in motion. Production for Canada starts March 2010. Vancouver will be receiving the 535i and 550i Sedan. The 535i will sport a Straight-six, BMW TwinPower Turbo, direct fuel injection (High Precision Injection), fully-variable valve control (VALVETRONIC) 306HP, 295 lb-ft Torque, 0-100km/h in 6.0 seconds. The 550i will have a V8 BMW TwinPower Turbo, direct fuel injection (High Precision Injection), 407HP, 442lb-ft Torque. 0-100km/h in 5.0 seconds. Both vehicles will have an Eight-Speed Automatic Transmission with Steptronic.
